At Open Space of ART COLOGNE 2007 (hall 4.1) European Kunsthalle is presenting CAPITALISM! All or Nothin' by International Festival. A transformation of the European Kunsthalle stand into a communication-oriented base station for entertainment, discussions, relaxation and pleasure. Supported by Habitat and Kartell.

Based on the activational practice of International Festival, the celebratory and market-based context of art fairs, the proposal aim to optimize participation and expansion. International Festival proposes a generous context that generates conviviality in a multiplicity of directions. The staff will generate conversation through the aim to make the logo, printed on the wall, to appear. It is equally important that the contribution generates relations and happiness through out the fair, and simultaneously attracts visitors to the booth.

International Festival further take an interest in the visitors behavior in relation to a proposal that appear more as a drinking spree than an aesthetically elaborated artwork. The proposal offers free drinks to the audience that, so to say, will attend the fair together with International Festival whilst appreciating other artworks. The confetti on the floor produce further traces through out the fair, thus a motif of contaminating the context of the fair. International Festival’s proposal is also contingent with general strategies of spreading out, contamination and changing the ontology of aesthetic experiences. As well as producing desire for pony-like sounds.
